The class is designed to improve your strength and flexibility,
which will help you to de-stress, burn calories, lose weight and stay healthy. All round body workout for all levels.

Fitness Dance Workout for all levels
9.30am - 10.20am
It's fun, it makes you stronger and it can help with losing weight, balance and coordination.
The class starts with a warm up, short stretch, lots of fun dance workouts followed by cool down & stretch.
1 class - £4.00 for 1 person
1 class - £6.00 for 2 people
